What we collect
When you join the waitlist we store your name, email and answers about your home's approximate neighbourhood or nearest intersection, approximate area, full bathrooms, powder rooms and preferred frequency. You can choose “I'm not sure” for home details. We also record the page you submitted from and a limited record of how you found us.
Why we use it
To contact you when a suitable opening becomes available and to prepare a service plan for your home. We welcome a limited number of homes each week. Join the waitlist and we’ll be in touch when a suitable opening becomes available. This inquiry follow-up is recorded separately from optional marketing consent, which is off unless you tick it and can be withdrawn at any time.
What we do not collect
At this stage we do not ask for a house number or exact address, home access details or payment information, and joining the waitlist does not create an account.
Who can see it
Only the Serein Living team, through a private company view that requires signing in. Visitors cannot read, list or edit waitlist entries, and our internal notes are never shown publicly.
The app preview
The client app preview is a demonstration. Anything you type in it stays in your browser, is never sent to us and is excluded from analytics.
